How do you picture your future?
At Quartz+Co, we have a mentoring programme to help you make a qualified decision on which career dreams to pursue and how to achieve them – whether you want to go into the world of consulting or another industry. The programme runs in both Copenhagen and Oslo.
What you get
If you join the programme, one of our consultants is assigned to you as a mentor. He or she will support, challenge and guide your decisions. It is a chance for you to ask questions – even the tough ones – in order to make the right career choice.
The mentoring programme runs for a year and includes an introductory meeting and four individual meetings with your mentor. At the introductory meeting, you will get the chance to meet the other mentees and mentors at our office and gain insight into how you can use your mentor and for what. At the individual meetings, you and your mentor will define the content together. The meetings are usually held in Copenhagen or Oslo.
Participating in the programme is free. For applicants in Denmark studying outside Sealand, Quartz+Co contributes to the costs of transportation.
Who can apply?
You can apply if you are enrolled in a master's programme and have a minimum of nine months left until expected graduation. The mentoring programme targets students embarking on their career path.
Deadline for application
The next deadline in Copenhagen is in August, 2012
Notice that the programme will also run in the autumn with application deadline in early October.
For those admitted to the programme, an introductory meeting will be held on March 29, 2012. More information will follow.
