Developing your competences

At Quartz+Co, one of the most important parts of your career is your personal and professional development. A good consultant is always improving his or her skills – while having fun.

As a consultant, you will develop your competences following two tracks. The first is based on the projects you are assigned to, and the second is based on our structured competence development programme – the campus programme – which continues throughout your employment at Quartz+Co.

The campus programme consists of several elements, all of which you will become acquainted with throughout your career path

  • Consulting skills
    Development of the necessary analytical toolbox.
  • Management skills
    Development of competences in managing yourself and your team.
  • Leadership skills
    Development of competences in developing and giving space to others (colleagues).
  • Client skills
    Development of competences in managing and developing current and new customers.
  • Quartz+Co skills
    Development of an understanding of Quartz+Co's vision, strategy, values and leadership principles.

As a new consultant, the emphasis of the programme is on obtaining basic consulting skills within problem solving and communication. As you become more experienced, your competence development path will broaden.
